Similar to what Blast and some others have, this is supposed to be a compilation of all the "data" in our lives. Aimed more at the military crowd, it still is probably good for civilians.

It's open-source and downloadable, so I assume it's not stealing.

I have never done this personally due to cost, but I understand that if you have Adobe Acrobat Premium or Pro, whatever their top of the line .pdf software is, you can write over .pdf forms.
