I find that getting out and enjoying nature is the best for me. This is from yesterday and there will be more the same tomorrow.

Getting out into nature always does the trick for me. Simply walking around at a park works.

Sleep, eat 'happy foods', get out into nature, exercise, have a good scream, find someone worse off then you are and help them.

Or lay out under the stars, with good company if possible, and contemplate that there are something like 200 billion galaxies and millions of stars in each. We are pretty much insignificant in the scale of things. If we parlay our knowledge base into becoming a great space-faring species, or die in a whimper of collective bigotry and incompetence, the universe will not blink. I find that very comforting.

I've been staring at this thread for a bit and must confess, speaking of 'zombies' I have been on a terror reading Zombie fiction and PAW books the last 2 months. Makes total sense that that affects my pysche. Good grief I need to read something uplifting next.

Oh and BTW, nice way to sneak Zombie into the forum, 'inside baseball' says its a no-no.
