What exactly is the Delbow Pocket bow ??? Saw a reference to this on the Hoods Woods Survival Website.

In one of his tapes, Ron describes an expedient bow that he calls the Delbow in honor of his father, Del, who invented it.

Materials required: carabiner, surgical tubing, inner lines from paracord.

Fold about an inch of the rubber tubing back and tie it with the paracord line to form a small loop. Do this at both ends.

Slide the loops onto the carabiner.

This makes a kind of slingshot that you can use to fire arrows.
