And since all of my hiking to date has been below 15,000 I only look at the lower left corner of the chart. smile

Yes, but for every 5,000' or so of gain, the vaporization point is dropping 7 or so degrees Fahrenheit. At 15,000', you can run your stove when the canister is 20 or so degrees colder than you could at sea level. That's pretty significant.
