So, I was reading a few articles on the catastrophe, how it is not going to end anytime soon and the sacrifice of the 50 workers (there could be more). I was thinking that normally after something this big, things are done. Usually a panel is setup, but also some kind of memorial. Sometimes, they are combined with a memorial and a place to facilitate change. If someone does one, I offer this naming idea: Just call it F50 for the Fukushima 50, and to make sure people don't forget, it is a shortening of the following 50 words that describe the purpose:

Facility for Forbidding Forgetfulness of the Famous Fukushima
Fifty's Functions in Forestalling Fission Facility's Fateful Failure Following Formidable Fault Forces and Forfeiting of Flesh for Family, Foreign and Fellow Folks, by Forging a
Fellowship and Facilitating Formulation of a Formal Fundamental Functional Framework for Further Feasible Finding of Flaws and Faults Foreteaching Flexible Forestalling Functions to Foil or Freeze Future Fatalities and Flatten Fear, Failures and Fatalities from Fusion and Fission Facilities
