First I want to say that you EDC looks really good for a "doesn't look like I'm carrying anything" type of kit. I have some substitutions to suggest but all-in-all I would say you've got it covered.
Not covered in this list are
Shelter.
Minimally I would add a garbage bag or two. Perhaps a silnylon poncho, and space blanket or bag.
Carry.
Minimally I would carry a nylon duffle that folds into itself for something the size of a wallet but expands to 4"X10"X14" with handles. You never know when you will come accross useful supplies that need to come along with you as you are bugging out.
Rations.
Minimally I would carry a Cliff bar or similar.
FAK
1) forget the butterfly closure, the medical adhesive tape serves same purpose and many others.
2) drop all antibiotics and antiseptic wipes and neosporin and carry a 1 oz hand-sanitizer gel bottle. (A little extra bulk due to the packaging but much more versatile)
3) add mole-skin or duct-tape (It really stinks to be hobbled by a blister with nothing better than a bandaid - which will slip off as soon as you start sweating - to cover it.)
4) add some med's Immodium, ibuprofin, benadryl at a minimum.
5) add compact cpr shield and training on how to use it
6) add some latex or nitrile gloves (nitrile stores more stabily.)
7) add fresnel magnifying lens
8) wind atleast 10 foot of thread around that needle and you will also have a sewing / repair kit.
9) potentiall re-think the bandaids. If you carry a bit more gauze as more 2X2 and you have your scissors from micra you should be able to generate "bandaids" from the medical tape and the gauze and the pre-formed bandaids are extremely bulky. (though very convenient)
PSK
1) forget the antiseptic wipes, alcohol prep pad, neosporin (you've got the hand-sanitizer and the bandana)
2) forget the micro-fak (you've got the FAK in the other pocket)
3) reconsider the single edged razor blade (you've got one in the FAK) You might replace this with a sharply pointed Xacto blade which can be used for cutting just as the razor but also be rendered into a decent spear point for fishing or hunting.
4) mini-biner????
5) replace the zip-ties with equal bulk of snare-wire / trip-wire (same purpose and many others - less bulky so you can carry more)
6) add wire saw with split rings (split rings may server whatever purpose you had in mind for the mini-biner?)
7) add latex surgical or acquarium tubing for reaching difficult water sources and improvising sling-shots.
8) add signal mirror
9) add heavy duty aluminum foil for improvised mirror, cook-pot, water carry, stove wind-screen, etc.
10) add choice of water carry - oven bag, breast-milk bag, condom, old pepsi bottle. Should be able to carry minimum 1 liter.
11) safety pins are redundant here should be covered by what is in the FAK.
12) consider some light weight twine such as mason's cord or spider-wire if you like the strength so you can carry some really long amount for shelter building, fishing, sewing etc. I like the spider-wire and the nylon upholstery thread. Carry 2 bobbins full 1 of each for around 50' of cord per bobbin.
