I am looking for input on my EDC. I live in a pretty rural area (10 miles from nearest town); travel into town daily; occasional trips to the city – 20 to 50 miles; frequent “pull-overs” hopping on the Appalachian Trail…My kits have to cover both urban and wilderness needs but I like to keep an emphasis on “lightweight” and “no-bulk” carry. The following is a list of my current EDC which all fits nicely into any jeans or 5.11 pants I may be wearing, without bulging or any hint of anything in my pockets (that’s the way I like it !!). I do not like anything hanging from my belt - no pouches, etc. (not even a "Wave") - I enjoy a very inconspicuous carry. I would appreciate any comments or helpful hints. I feel that I have the basics covered and I am never too far from my car which contains another full kit of goodies that I won’t cover in this post; I just want to cover the basics carried on my person. As I look over this list I feel like there is alot of redundancy (but can you ever have enough first-aid supplies, knives, or fire starters?? Any input, thoughts, and ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I would add a gauze bandage or a first aid packet, quality tweezers and a needle with thread. A small flint would add redundanccy to your fire starting without adding much bulk. If you have room, you could consider packing plastic bags. Trash bags might not comply with your no bulk policy.
I would leave the butterfly closures at home. Closing a wound in the field is rarely a good idea.

At first glance your list looks ok for an urban survival kit. Which for me means I can readily find shelter, water & food. So my "USK" is quite different than the "PSK" I would take into the woods.

You like to stop & hike the AT when your headed to and from the city. This is where I see many holes in your kit. The biggest is shelter. You should have an expedient shelter ready in case you need to spend an unexpected night out in the woods. Water is next on my list. You need a container and a means to purify the water. At a minimum I leave the trailhead with 48-64 oz of water depending on known water sources. I would also add in a fixed blade knife for woods carry. My preference is for a 4" fixed blade but I'm a big SAK fan and the adventurer is a good locking folder. When I go out with minimal gear the knife gets bigger to handle chores such as shelter building. You seem a little light in the signal department a good signal mirror would be a big plus.

I should have also noted that in my vehicle is another "module"...if I am going into the wilderness I grab this pouch and throw it into my pocket...it contains an Emergency "Space" Blanket, 2 33 gal. trash bags, 2 quart freezer bags, and a bottle of Potable Aqua. I feel confident that I would be able to manage shelter, fire, water and minor first-aid pretty well. I am also in the market for a good signal mirror to add to my kit. Also, in the morning before I leave the house I fill a quart bottle with water, and grab some packaged snack to carry with me for the day. And, finally, I just added a needle and thread to the PSK/USK/Convenience Carry Kit. Thanks for the replies.

First I want to say that you EDC looks really good for a "doesn't look like I'm carrying anything" type of kit. I have some substitutions to suggest but all-in-all I would say you've got it covered.

Not covered in this list are

Shelter.
Minimally I would add a garbage bag or two. Perhaps a silnylon poncho, and space blanket or bag.

Carry.
Minimally I would carry a nylon duffle that folds into itself for something the size of a wallet but expands to 4"X10"X14" with handles. You never know when you will come accross useful supplies that need to come along with you as you are bugging out.

Rations.
Minimally I would carry a Cliff bar or similar.

FAK
1) forget the butterfly closure, the medical adhesive tape serves same purpose and many others.
2) drop all antibiotics and antiseptic wipes and neosporin and carry a 1 oz hand-sanitizer gel bottle. (A little extra bulk due to the packaging but much more versatile)
3) add mole-skin or duct-tape (It really stinks to be hobbled by a blister with nothing better than a bandaid - which will slip off as soon as you start sweating - to cover it.)
4) add some med's Immodium, ibuprofin, benadryl at a minimum.
5) add compact cpr shield and training on how to use it
6) add some latex or nitrile gloves (nitrile stores more stabily.)
7) add fresnel magnifying lens
8) wind atleast 10 foot of thread around that needle and you will also have a sewing / repair kit.
9) potentiall re-think the bandaids. If you carry a bit more gauze as more 2X2 and you have your scissors from micra you should be able to generate "bandaids" from the medical tape and the gauze and the pre-formed bandaids are extremely bulky. (though very convenient)

PSK
1) forget the antiseptic wipes, alcohol prep pad, neosporin (you've got the hand-sanitizer and the bandana)
2) forget the micro-fak (you've got the FAK in the other pocket)
3) reconsider the single edged razor blade (you've got one in the FAK) You might replace this with a sharply pointed Xacto blade which can be used for cutting just as the razor but also be rendered into a decent spear point for fishing or hunting.
4) mini-biner????
5) replace the zip-ties with equal bulk of snare-wire / trip-wire (same purpose and many others - less bulky so you can carry more)
6) add wire saw with split rings (split rings may server whatever purpose you had in mind for the mini-biner?)
7) add latex surgical or acquarium tubing for reaching difficult water sources and improvising sling-shots.
8) add signal mirror
9) add heavy duty aluminum foil for improvised mirror, cook-pot, water carry, stove wind-screen, etc.
10) add choice of water carry - oven bag, breast-milk bag, condom, old pepsi bottle. Should be able to carry minimum 1 liter.
11) safety pins are redundant here should be covered by what is in the FAK.
12) consider some light weight twine such as mason's cord or spider-wire if you like the strength so you can carry some really long amount for shelter building, fishing, sewing etc. I like the spider-wire and the nylon upholstery thread. Carry 2 bobbins full 1 of each for around 50' of cord per bobbin.

Where do you carry the cell phone if you don't want anything hanging on your belt, very few will fit confortably in a pocket.
With the flashlights I would keep them the same brand or at least make sure they share the same battery type so the batteries can be shared between them. The micra and SAK are redundant for the EDC, if your going to carry both then, stacked end to end they take up the same amount of space as a wave.
