I would add a gauze bandage or a first aid packet, quality tweezers and a needle with thread. A small flint would add redundanccy to your fire starting without adding much bulk. If you have room, you could consider packing plastic bags. Trash bags might not comply with your no bulk policy.
I would leave the butterfly closures at home. Closing a wound in the field is rarely a good idea.
