My suggestion would be to think of the things that you don't know well enough because you haven't practised them... So personally I wouldn't bother with shelter bulding info but I'd probably want something about snares/traps etc. Similarly it might be useful to list what trees are best for friction fire lighting, and then some key tips in identifying those trees at different times of the year.
One thing I've found is that practising and studying bushcraft knowledge is important and great fun. Learning trees is a challenge but achievable, and helped by trying to put together information from a variety of sources.
