Hey D,You can try Splitting a Garden Hose to the length of the edge of the Knife,Tool,etc.,You could install Grommets on the edge of the split hose to Attach Mini-bungee's or other Fastener's to Hold the Hose onto the Edge.Cheap & Expedient! Good luck!
