Unfortunately, my neighbors are mostly a bunch of babies, and there are a couple of overbearing personalities who know nothing but think they know everything. Does anybody else have that problem?
Some of my neighbors are like that, but fortunately they're in a minority.
There's a free CERT & NIMS seminar at a local school. I can encourage people to attend. I figure anybody who would attend that would be interested in joining together to form a local civilian authority if need be.
It's good to encourage people to take CERT training, however my experience has been that overbearing know-it-alls won't take time to learn anything.
