All this stuff fits nicely all over my pockets... I carry cargo pants and after years of carrying a lot of gear stuff sits nicely and it doesn't bother me.

GPS, radio and camera and headlamp are more work related. Very often I'm "on call" officer and my guys are known to do retarded stuff so I kind of have to just pick up and go. Depending on what it is (accident, exposure, tough job) I need to be able to stay in touch, get there, fix it, document it and survey. I found out that carrying all of it is the only way to save time and getting job done. I was trying to leave it in the car, home, base, locker but it never worked out. That's why I love colder months since some of it can go into my jacket.
