Over the last 5 years, ammo has easily been my best investment of all my assets, including a house, cars, clothes, stocks, jewelry, etc. My house is "underwater". My ammo I bought 5 years has more than doubled in value. I am not advising everybody to go out and buy ammo. I'm just making an observation. Heck, I almost don't want to practice shooting anymore because my ammo is a precious asset.
