While doing some research I ran across this site... lots of good bureaucratic info but a large section of good emergency service personnel skills too. Anyway, a good site to check out and get some information.
There is a great after action report on wildfires either last year, year before. About 20 PDF files in total. Took forever to download via cable modem.
