Ditto here on the Leatherman warranty satisfaction rate. I accidently broke the small screwdriver blade (prying instead of twisting). Spoke with customer service and explained that I would pay since it was obviously my fault and included a note with the same message when I returned it to the factory. Got it back with same steel body case (had my name inscribed) but most if not all blades/tools were brand new.

I subsequently had the pleasure of speaking with Tim Leatherman at Shot Show 2003 in Orlando and took the time to share my good experience and thoughts (as well as naming and thanking the customer service girl that spoke with me) and commending both she and all the other behind the scenes staff that made things happen in their outfit.

It was a pleasure to see the smile on Tim's face.
