About 25 years ago I purchased an interesting butane lighter in a Surplus store which was billed as an "Air Force Survival Lighter" It is olive drab anodized aluminum and has an o-ring-sealed screw-on cap. To light it, one removes the cap and then twists the top counter clockwise about a half turn before thumbing the striker wheel. The adjustable flame stays on until you twist the top clockwise to off.

Has anyone else seen these? If so, do you know if they are still made.
