Okay, I get it, you get a recognizable name and face, and then people offer you endorsement deals. If I was approached (not likely) I would probably take the money and run.

Bear Grylls started his TV career in a 'Sure' Deodorant commercial years ago. Then the French Foreign Legion buried him up to his neck, but someone dug him up again.
