Anyway, unless you're into the Japanese art of Kyudo, I don't think people should be hunting anything with a bow. All I've ever seen is mall ninjas mistaking themselves for skilled archers. If yer gonna kill an animal, be humane, use a rifle with the appropriately sized cartridge. And be a frikin' decent shot.
Some of the most skilled and conscientious hunters I know use a bow. A well-shot arrow can be every bit as deadly as a bullet. When firearms overtook bows in warfare and hunting it was because it's so much easier and quicker to teach a rifleman than a bowman.
