I have found blessed few multitools to be genuine pocket tools, as in tools you feel comfortable carrying in your trouser pockets.
Coat pockets vary so much I'm not including them.
The only full-sized multitool that fills the "pocket" bill thus far is my old reliable Leatherman PST. It slides in right next to my wallet, just as pretty as you please.
My Wave and Victorinox SwissTool R/S are simply to large. The Wave MIGHT work, but has some sharpish edges to it.
