I have a bunch of Mora's myself and like them all. A friend of mine gave me a Mora 2000. I probably wouldn't have sprung for it myself. But now that I have one and use it, I like it and would be willing to buy a 2010. Of the two, the 2000 would make a better neck knife, IMO. The 2000 is stainless, if I recall correctly, so could even be used as a dive knife.

Generally, I prefer carbon steel. But for use around the ocean and for just throwing it in your kit with no maintenance, the stainless is a winner.
