My group uses them but I'm personally waiting for Spyderco Assist with carbide tip to hit the stores. I saw S&W knife being used to cut seatbelts couple of times but the blade was slipping a bit before it cought the grip and sliced thru material. Slicing was fast and efficient with minimum force required. We were planing to use the glass breaker yesterday during training but car that was supplied didn't had any glass left <img src="images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />. I guess NYPD Drug Unit guys should have taken it easy.
Otherwise my team members have no complains besides the standard no lanyard hole or clip available.
