Yeah, but as long as you're still doing all your fitness stuff, you're still improving, just in ways that don't show on the scale.

Martin: that "bouncing" is why they usually recommend you don't weigh yourself more than once a week.
And yes, stick with the program you're already doing until you're sure it's done all it can for you.
THEN decide if you want to change it, or if you're satisfied with where you're at.
You've already identified the most important thing about any health improvement plan: sustainability. That's where I tripped up every time.
