. . .Alternatively you can get in most stores a box of 20-25 Q-Tip style swabs. You pinch one end and it lets air in and the opposite end gets damp with the solution.
All things considered that's a better idea. Near universal applicator and then apply whatever as required. Almost as un-messy with more options. Thanks.
