I see a plethora of skill sets and occupations here; have any of you have any success with obtaining state and federal funds or grants for emergency services training. I work for a small hospital (Trauma IV)so we fall between many cracks.

Grants seem to go to well credentialed organizations. Problem is that there are quite a few of those out there already. It isn't impossible to find out who has gets state and federal money and to get training by applying to those organizations to get a leg up indirectly. Getting the funds directly or setting up your own organizations is likely to be much harder based on what I saw.
