I think they meant to say PLB but anyway here is what happened.Smart man.......


Coast Guard helicopter rescued four men Saturday morning after a recreational boat took on water 23 miles west of John's Pass. The rescuers were able to quickly find the men, who were not injured, because one of them had a pocket EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon) in his life jacket.
