Add cash (bills and coins), ID, important telephone numbers, account numbers, insurance info, safe deposit key, phone card, etc. IMHO, these are the most forgotten type of items in most BOBs.

BTW, if you have a lady friend/spouse - make sure you get her input on her requirements as well if this is going to be an all-inclusive kit. Even if she has her own, redundancy with her kit is not a bad idea because you might be able to grab only the one kit.

Add a change of clothes/footwear/eyewear in this bag. If you are bugging out because of fire, tornado or something that has damaged your house, you will appreciate this.

The OP is 16! Maybe he has a ladyfriend but hopefully no spouse!

A lot of good input. But.. Best bring that monster BOB out into the woods and find out what works for you and what doesn't. My various BOBs tend to gain weight when I'm not looking. Redundancy can be over done. Sometimes I have to take a few similar items out back and test them against each other. For example I found out that my Gerber hatchet weighs the same as my Bowie, chops better and, believe it or not, is a better skinner. Guess which one stayed in the kit.
One other thought. My solid brass match case weighs probably 4 times what the USGI green plastic one does, but it brings me a little joy.

You didn't mention what type of Bag,is doing all the carrying! Is it a Duffle bag,& If so,How far can you carry it,without resting? All the stuff you have mentioned, seems to me you will need a Framed Backpack, such as an ALICE-LG.Pack,Again How far can you Hump it?How far is the wilderness, from your Base/Home?Of course you will also be humping water to drink, whilst humping this B.O.B. to your bivouac. This is probably the single most,Urgent consideration,You will need to assess! Also you are in Tornado country, aside from that though,do have any means to protect your Knoggin from the ever present Hailstones, whilst bugging out?Good Luck with Everything you decide!
