That sounds really interesting! I've been interested lately in learning about cooking in Dutch Ovens. I hear that you can make anything and everything in them, even bread! I bet the book you suggested would have some great recipes that could be adapted for a dutch oven. I'll definitely check on getting that book, as it's getting to be nice weather for camping!
