I have one of those. The construction is good and strong, The threads are well cut and don't bind or cross thread. The materials are a sturdy as you could want for something size. Unfortunately, the size is what it is. All of the blades are decent but tiny and the ink pen cartridge is miniscule. The "tweezer" function of the pocket clip is not worth anything but that is the only "tool" of this combi-tool that I would criticize as failing it's design parameters. I would have wanted something like this to also include a ferocromium rod for sparking with though that might be an after-market mod that is worth considering DIY'ing.
All in all I found I preferred to carry my parker pen and my leatherman. The compromizes in a tool this size simply due to the size constraints were too much for me.
