My wide got one of these for flights on research aircraft where the 'facilities' consist of opening one of the 2" instrument ports in the side.

Since the planes are rather crowded she wont say if she used it.

I kind of have to agree with Lono on this one.
Maybe the ladies I know are not very ladylike.

Yet I do agree that some people would find it a handy device in situations like Art and others have described.

Peeing without getting your clothes wet or falling over takes a lot of practice, and even then it can be tricky. Although some women brag that it's no big deal, it tends to be a bigger deal than they let on.

They're usually trying to prove that they're just as good as a man. And I can't think of a way to phrase my response that isn't insulting to half the population.

I say its akin to NOT peeing on the toilet seat, possible but a lot harder than simply lifting the seat ( or using a urinal).
Add in wind/fatigue/injury and its easy to make a mess.

Or its like catching a baseball without a glove, possible with special technique under ideal conditions.
