Yeah the new lock on the Flash II was....horrible. It's like a half-circle quasi-axis lock. But it doesn't lock into position when the knife blade is open. It just rattles around losely and you have to pull it back all the way to disengage the blade. They're putting onto all of their knives now it seems.

Only time I'll ever buy a SOG from now on is if it's from an actual knife website. More likely to get one of the American made and assembled ones.
