Recently got a Black Berry Curve. That's all good but what I'm more excited about until I find some cool apps (yes Blast's mobileedibles is already bookmarked!) is that I found that Otterbox makes cases for them. Ordered the Defender model case for it today. Shipped earlier this afternoon so it should be here soon. Will let you know how it works out.

Welcome to the world of crackberry addiction laugh. I have been a blackberry user for a couple years now-just got a new Tour yesterday, and am still toying with it. They are fun tools!

I had their case/holster for a Treo. If you catch the holster on something the hinge on the belt clip of the holster easily breaks. I was greatly disappointed.

Experiment and make sure it won't slip out of a shirt pocket when you bend over. Especially next to an open toilet.

Trust me.

Did you check with them to see if they would replace it? maybe you got a bad egg.

What does the scanner app do?

I have had an OtterBox Defender case on my Blackberry Tour for about 2 months and I LOVE IT. It is very strong.
