What is the overall medal count at this point?

I wasen't trying to poke fun at the Americans. It could have gone either way for sure. Dammed close game and the U.S has nothing to be ashamed about. They kicked our arses the first game after all. I bet I left my finger prints in the oak chair I was sitting in watching the game. It was close.

I don't know about the medal count. I think its 14 Gs for Canada. So long as we won hockey............

so that's what that glow was,i thought the Northern Lights were kinda far south--

The Sock

Personally, I do not care about the Olympics. If it was me, I would never waste another cent of government money on it.

The City of Chicago was going to spend 1/2 a billion dollars on the 2016 Olympics, but does not have enough money to fill its many potholes.

With one or two exceptions along the way, every Olympic has been a money pit despite the promises that private money will pay for it.
