Lets see. 1. There were a major power-out in major part of south Sweden last week (dont know if that counts), 2. Italy 3. In huge power-out in the US a couple of weeks ago. 4. ??? Were was this then?
Well, this at least tells us that we should keep supplies handy in case of power failure.
