Done! Had a bison burger once or twice-I dont really recall the taste it was that long ago, but I do remember liking it . We have a bison farm about an hour from me, and many restaurants out there serve it. I am thinking I may make a trip out there this weekend now, lol. And, taking this survey during lunchtime is a BAD idea!
