I'd like to comment on the excellent Customer Service I recently received from Adventure Medical Kits (AMK). The button compass that came with my Pocket Survival Pack (PSP) did not have free movement. A quick eMail to AMK Customer Service was all it took to get a replacement in the mail, that arrived today.

I also enquired on the availability on the PSP PLUS and was told they were hoping to get them out the beginning of March.

I also, had great experience when i noticed the signal mirror was warped. I emailed then and they sent me one within 3 days! I keep the old one on my EDC just because it could come in handy. But an A+++ to AMK Customer Service!
