OK - My bad, I thought she was a USCG Vessel (the site I got it from listed it as such)
I know you used to work on the breakers here in NYC "The 6th Boro" - LOT of ice on the river right now, but not quite in need of breaking this far down (Have NOT checked Flushing Bay - you know how THAT is)
Been COLD up in the Catskills - Single digits, so I can imagine the ice up there
Ah - went to the site I got the link to the video from - and I see my mistake - The started the series of photos with a picture of the USCGC MORRO BAY (WTGB 106)(taken from MV Cornell), and I just assumed the rest were of the same ship
