I have some of these, unissued. To be honest, I've forgotten how many- I bought all that the dealer had, and I sold at least a couple since, to someone on this forum.
I can't honestly recommend them. They're thick and seem sturdy, but the roll-top closure doesn't really seal that well, and if left on a surface or packed with pressure on them, they always seem to form a slow drip. They're fine so long as they're hanging somewhere. They don't stand up, so it's awkward to keep them from leaking. They have some snow-white webbing on them with snaps, and they sort of look and feel like they were probably made under contract by the manufacturers of IV bags.
For those intrigued by military weirdness, I can see why they'd have some appeal, but for pure practical use the commercial alternatives seem much more reliable.
