Reading the thread on bug-out bike got me thinking (can be expensive). Like most North Americans, I rely too heavily on the SUV to 'get outta Dodge'. Again like most, I live in a city which is located on a river. See where I'm going with this? Small boat or canoe. River valley full of game & fresh water. Low effort travel. Whattaya think?
