That's how I learned to drive a stick - drunk buddy one night. Whatever, it was fine. A couple false starts, then I figured to push in the clutch when the engine goes bonkers. The hardest part was starting the darned car.
Now though, I've owned a manual for about 7 years. Back in an automatic currently, but a stick is cake.
