yes.

They are all biological threats, I twisted the words a bit.

There is no way for government to respond to large scale disasters, preparation is key.

For anything air borne sealing is the way to go, unless something has drastically changed in the last couple years since I last received CRBT training.

So to take this a step further. You're implying that simple methods - such as sealing all doors and windows with plastic - may not be sufficient. You would prefer to actually have an in-home source for air/oxygen, and a positive pressure inside your house (compared to outside)? I'm not saying you're wrong - just trying to gage whether simple responses (e.g. sealing doors & windows) might not work in some situations.
