We have been talking a bit about survival firearms, I was just wondering if anyone had seen one of the New England Firearms survivor model shotguns and rifles. These are the regular break open single shot rifles and shotguns with a fairly trick, hollow, pistol grip stock with storage in the stock. I have one of these and it is a sweet package for 150 bucks. There is enough room in the stock for a fairly large PSK, or extra ammo, it is small and light, its in major calibers, disassembles with thumb screws, and is simple and durable. The only drawback I see at all is that it is not stainless, it is a single shot, and the 12 bore kicks the snot out of you, I opted for the 20. You can do better than this but not for the price.
