I work for a school that feeds 800+ kids a day, so food/water would be covered for a long time. We also have generators and gas available at the nearby maintenance shop. We could use wrestling mats and clinic cots as beds, and the clinic is also stocked with first aid supplies. I think we'd be in pretty good shape for a while.
