What?!?! No Abrams tank?!?!

Just kidding. But seriously, why the biohazard bag and suit? My first thought was just to get you through a contaminated area but then I thought you might also have some additional training that an average joe like me doesn't have that would warrant inclusion in a kit like this.
Firefighter, paramedic, member of state and federal disaster/terrorism teams, lots of training and merit badges. As to the biohazard bag specifically, they happen to be exceptionally strong plastic bags for general purposes, too. But the suit is included mainly for the reason you suggested, contaminated areas.
