Looking up something completely different, isn't that how the web works most times, I came across an article that draws a question about how I have sometimes used Ibuprofen.

I don't do it often but if I'm getting ready to get a good chunk of exercise or go on a tough hike I would sometimes dose myself with the intention of getting the jump on any pain and inflammation.

Makes me think maybe I need to cut out the dosing before and during exercise and limit myself to use when I have existing issues. I figured quite a few of you might be doing the same and might want to know. Something to consider.
