That's why we carry a small PSK all the time. Whenever we go out we should at least have the minimum necessities with us. Whatever we do, we must retain common sense. Sometimes that seems almost impossible for some.

How is it you get to be 63 and you don't know how to whistle loud? You say "but I'm a lady?" My mother is a lady, and she taught me Sure thumb and pointer can be challenging, but everyone can master pointer and ring finger (or any two handed finger combination).
I have always wanted to learn to whistle, that loud, harsh, annoying, "hey-you-come-over-here", and I have never been able to do it. My mother could whistle like a factory whistle at quitting time, so I guess it's not hereditary.

My Mom used to tell me this one:
I bought a wooden whistle, and it wouldn't whistle. I bought a steel whistle, and I steel couldn't whistle. I bought a tin whistle, and now I tin whistle.
