I have more than enough flashlights already. But I was thinking about these with the hurricane coming and was wondering if they even still sold them at Costco. Since I was there anyway and was them, I bought some more.

As for the hurricane, I am not too worried. I think we are prepped ok. We always use these things as an excuse for the kids to not watch tv and to have an adventure instead. Maybe they can learn something in the process.

My daughter has been building her weather tracking station this past week and calls me periodically with her weather reports. Very cool. All equipment is home made by her (sometimes with help). We'll see how well it works soon enough.
