Now I just need to find a place for some thorny raspberry bushes in my yard. . .

I just got some red raspberries, but I still think my yellow 'Fall Gold' variety tastes better, and it has the same 'take over' propensities.

But you'll have to grow extra if you have free-ranging chickens. They will park themselves beside a bush, fix their beady little eye on a fruit, then jump/flap and grab it. My blueberry bushes have also been 'tidied up' in this way. Oh, well, at least it keeps me from having to kneel down to harvest down low!
