Just AC unit in the office here. Temps during summer in the mid/low 90s mostly. Luckily we have big trees and come 3pmish the sun is not on the house anymore at all, and the deck is much cooler... Then depending on how hot it was we can open up anywhere from 5pm to 7pm and start cooling the house. Living room and kitchen don't get more than 81 but upstairs and if left uncooled the office reach upper 80s. Basement stays a nice 65 or 66 though!

I thought we had a big deck until I saw Martin's... talk about nice space!
