... of which I count myself one. Doc Allen's Versatool is a neat twist on all of the mini-tools currently out there - it's an oval-shaped "driver" with attached socket and 11 tool tips, 7 screwdrivers and 4 hex heads. I received one as a gift and have found it very useful for tight spots and able to take a lot of abuse as well. All of the parts seem very sturdy and robust, and at 5.9 ounces (with carrying pouch) and $12.95, it's a very reasonable price. It just looks cool. Here is a link to the web site: Versatool web page

Cool! I like it! It goes on the XMass list! (which is somewhere over 1 mile long and costs more than I will earn in my life time. But heck, this is one of those my buddies can afford so....)
I used to have one like that but it was about that price so it broke after a year or so. I use the Wave tool adapter now, just wish it has a racheting mechanism.

Just don't try to take it on an airplane, at least in the US. Even though the various tool tips are less than 1/2-inch long, the TSA deemed it a terroristic weapon. I suppose it could be, if I was left alone long enough to try to take the airplane apart one screw at a time ...
