My blastmatch I was testing with broke too. Not even after that many uses.. the striker ripped out the of plastic, similar to what happened here.

To me sending a replacement is awesome but in a survival situation do you really want your equipment failing SO easily? NOPE. I won't be carrying a blastmatch.
